Charlottesville is quicksand for Bannon/Trump

I don't see how they pull out of it. Heather Heyer's death and that of the two local police officers was a turning point.

Trump tried to use the bravado bludgeon yesterday and today Storm Front called for the disruption of Heather's memorial service. Quicksand. I worry about what they might try next as they flail around.

... his wife in public.

On the other hand if he hugged a brown skinned person he'd be screwed

The business council evaporated today. That's a really big deal. It has to be making Trump feel like poop on a stick. How embarrassing to be shunned so publicly by the sector from which he seeks approval. He's been dumped. And he even tried to lie about how it was dissolved - as if it was his own idea when everyone knows he was informed after the fact.

There's a crack in the armor and blood is in the water.

Being associated with Trump, an obvious nazi sympathizer, is terribly bad for business.

Too many people lost relatives in WW2. It's still way too fresh. My own father in law fought in the Battle of the Bulge in the U.S. Army - and he was born in Germany. Thankfully, he came home albeit suffering from frostbite for the rest of his life. But he came home.

Also, the promise of "Never again" isn't going away any time soon. Trump chose to open Pandora's Box when he invited Bannon to run his campaign.
