right wing sentiment that liberals are supposed to be so tolerant and yet are not tolerant of right wing opinions. They are missing the point. The left is tolerant of people who live differently and the right is not. It's not about opinions. Being gay for example. The right does not tolerate the gay people's perspective and the left does whether they are gay themselves or not.

The right thinks we should tolerate their opinions leading to their anti-LGBT bigotry. That's not the point. We don't tolerate their opinions and never claimed tolerance included that.

Likewise a different religion, etc. It is the right that condemns people outright, not their opinions.
