It is per se hate speech and provocative of violence. I am especially irked that the ACLU defends it.

I don't find a lot of support for my position, though. Perhaps this is changing.

3. I thought that years ago when Nazis wanted to march on Skokie,

a large suburb of Chicago with many Jewish residents, some, at the time, Holocaust survivors.
The ACLU gave it the green light, but it wound up not happening
anyway, after large numbers of counter protesters promised to greet them. Like many, I thought the ACLU made the wrong decision and I still do.
