It's possible that Bannon could turn on Trump. And if he starts using Breitbart as a mouthpiece to go after Trump, he'll lose his base and have no shot for reelection in 2020.

Bannon's not there to feed Trump Breitbartian Bullshit. He'll start hearing "moderate" voices, the soothing voices of the Deep State.

Bannon's departure makes Trump serving out his term more likely.
