Anybody else expecting Twitler to announce he's pardoning Arpiao tonight?

it would be perfect--his cult attending his little Nuremberg-Lite Ego Stroking Campaign Rally would be plotzing with ecstasy. I can just see it now as they bring Sheriff Bigot on stage the crowd goes wild...

even though he insisted that "he wasn't invited", I'm not buying it.

He definitely would have done it. Now I'm not sure. It depends on who the last person whispering into his ear is before he takes the stage.

Trump is a 2 year old playing at being a boss. If anyone told him not to pardon Arpiao because the blowback will kill him, he'll see that as a challenge to his authority and do it, and get away with it.

Sure, sure, some parts of the news media will criticize him and the Dems will go apoplectic, but not his loyal voters or his state propaganda distribution wing, they will praise him. Republican voters admire Arpiao for the same wacko reasons they still cling to Trump, so this would be a win-win for Trump.

he just might.

It's how his mind works. I doubt he plans on doing it but anything can get him to blurt out stupid shit.
