1. Reminds me of Bush.

In 2012 we had a major flood along with two levies breaking on either side of town. Bush only gave us half of what we needed because Gregoire had gotten into his face and most of it went to Walmart and Sears. There were a lot of people who lost their homes and possessions and jobs and most of them were poor people who could not relocate. The day after Obama was inaugurated he gave us the rest of the money we needed to repair our town and some of our economy.

2. Not just Trump, but many Republicans in the Tea Party and the

Freedom Caucus won't approve spending any money that increases the debt or adds a tax. Bad news for all the people who will need a fast response that includes billions in financial aid. On the other hand most of them in Texas likely voted for Trump so they must be OK with getting screwed by Republicans.
