Some good news from Houston.

So my neighborhood near down town is looking better.

It stopped raining and the street is draining.

My yard is mostly is clear of water.

Might rain more but for now things are looking better.

The birds have returned and are singing.

So I took a little nap and woke up in time for the news.

The Mayor of Houston made the right call.

The thought of thousands of people trapped in their cars with this weather is to terrible to think.

Now the asshole in the white house did the right thing and signed a paper any president would have done.

He is acting like he did something special.

No he just did his job.

Now he is coming to Texas on Tuesday.

Please he will act like he stopped the rain himself.

The Mayor of Houston did the right thing.

Just remember what happened with Rita.

Lives were saved.

I thought before i took my nap that it was looking better.

Some dryer air is suppose to be trying to make it here.

I am one of the lucky ones.

My house is safe and dry.

My parents bought the right house in the right place.

This house as so made it again.

It was built in 1930.

Solid to this day.

So many people lost everything.

Hope everybody is ok here.

It is nice and cool outside.

Going to take a walk now that the water is down.

The bayous and creeks can do their job.

I hope Harvey takes a hike and goes away.

Your input on this silly evacuation "controversy" is most welcome. Stay safe.

I -10 by my house is below ground.

A long section of it flooded.

Might still be.

Other freeways flooded also below ground level.

People were better off in their house then trapped in a car.

The gov. is acting like a republican.

What if we had hundreds of dead people in their cars.
