CNN anchor just now

Claiming "political polarization" regarding Sandy and Katrina funding and asked her guest "how do we stop this"?

He was vague.

Here's the correct response and what I would say:

"There is no political polarization when it comes to disaster relief. Democrats favor full funding and Republicans play games with it".

Can't remember his name. Repugs just elected the worst possible person to try and run a country, his question is "what's wrong with the Democratic Party?" WHAT'S WRONG WITH THE DEMOCRATIC PARTY?
