But #Dolt45 makes Bush look downright statesmanlike. It really makes me wonder why people are so dumb and short-sighted. When Bush's term was over, all I heard from people of ALL parties saying was, "We'll never make a mistake like THAT again," and we had a Democratic SWEEP in 2008. By 2010, Republicans started winning back offices, and then by 2016, we get this disaster.

Hard to believe that the 2 worst Presidents in our nation's HISTORY were elected one president apart. I really am starting to wonder if Americans are smart enough to govern themselves. I said the same thing in 2004, and now it's even worse. And what I really can't get over is that there is a percentage of people out there who have SEEN what a disaster #Dolt45 is and STILL support him. Enthusiastically, even. It makes me shudder for this country. The best I can figure, these are people who think of politics like sports. They've picked their favorite "team" and will cheer for it no matter what. Pathetic.
