(24,689 posts)clearly Romeny is hiding something and that message is coming through clearly that most voters can understand. The Bain thing is a bit too complicated for many folks to comprehend but hiding stuff in tax returns that something even the low info voters get.

(12,041 posts)While most Americans may not understand exactly what Bain Capital does they do understand what outsourcing does and they also know that if you are a CEO you are in a leadership role. When it becomes clear to people that Mitt Romney was the CEO during a time he has repeatedly claimed to have had no management role it is going to be an obvious lie to all but those who live in total denial.

(24,689 posts)and the added benefit is that many Republicans agree he should release them so it doesnt look like an Obama campaign generated controversy. Clearly there is something ugly in those returns so keep the pressure on him to release them. This can be an issue all the way to November if he refuses.
