Kate Upton is fat?

Kate Upton has finally responded to those "fat" comments. Upton is not fat; nor is she anorexic. Upton is what most people would call "just right." That didn't stop a pro-skinny website called Skinny Gossip from calling her a variety of unflattering names last week. The insults ranged from "fat" to "lardy," and "thick, vulgar, almost pornographic – and she is a solid 30 lbs too heavy ..." But wait, there's more. "Huge thighs, NO waist, big fat floppy boobs, terrible body definition – she looks like a squishy brick."



Now, Kate Upton has answered her critics, simply and honestly, "I'm not going to starve just to be thin. I want to enjoy life, and I can't if I'm not eating and miserable." According to the Sun, Kate Upton's spokesperson had this to say about the remarks that Upton is fat: “It’s absurd. Kate is gorgeous and very healthy.”

Since the Kate Upton post, and a poll on whether Upton is "fat, vulgar [and] repulsive," hit the Internet, various websites have referred to Skinny Gossip as a "pro-anorexia website." However, the site itself specifically states that it is not a "pro-ana" site. It claims, "This is a pro-skinny site," and it encourages anyone who is anorexic to seek help to get well.
