But she's gotten a tremendous amount of publicity about her new book. She's been on talk shows, she even had an hour with Rachel Maddow in what ended up being the highest rated non-sporting event in a long time. She's actually getting what she should have gotten during the election - positive coverage.

Bannon, as sleazy as he is, has direct ties to the Trump administration and helped shape a lot of what's going on. People are interested in what he has to say because he probably more than anyone else, knows what's going on in the Oval Office.

And news networks have been destroying the Emmy's for allowing Spicer on. Chris Cilizza wrote an absolutely scathing column about it.
