Jimmy Kimmel: "Whenever I see Brian Kilmeade, he kisses my ass like a little boy meeting Batman"

Jimmy Kimmel shreds Fox host Brian Kilmeade as ‘phony little creep’ over health care comments

The “Jimmy Kimmel Live” host called the bill’s co-sponsor, Sen. Bill Cassidy (R-LA), a liar Tuesday night and then ripped Kilmeade for shrugging him off as the Hollywood elite.

“The reason I found this comment to be particularly annoying is because this is a guy, Brian Kilmeade, who whenever I see him kisses my ass like a little boy meeting Batman,” Kimmel said. “Oh, he’s such a fan.”

He said Kilmeade usually seeks his approval, and explained why the Fox News host was a hypocrite.

“He follows me on Twitter, he asks me to write a blurb for his book, which I did,” Kimmel said. “He calls my agent looking for projects. He’s dying to be a member of the Hollywood elite. The only reason he’s not a member of the Hollywood elite is because nobody will hire him to be one, and the reason I’m talking about this is because my son had an open heart surgery, has to have two more, and I learned there are kids with no insurance in the same situation. I don’t get anything out of this, Brian, you phony little creep. Oh, I’ll pound you when I see you.”

Omarosa has been on at least four reality programs. You know bill o'reilly went full in on being against Hollywood because he tried to make it as an entertainment reporter after failing as a real news reporter.

They are all try hard d list celebrities.

If so, he sure has changed with his son's personal experience. Of course, that's often what it takes with a RWer. Or, I guess one can believe everything one reads.

He got his big TV start with Ben Stein, after all. And Stein's a big right winger. Used to work for Nixon, called Obama the most racist president in American history, and from his wiki article:

Stein initially supported Donald Trump in the 2016 U.S. presidential election, but retracted his support in October 2016, writing, "But it's time for Donald Trump to go back to Trump Tower. Time for Mike Pence to move to the top of the ticket."

In 2017, Stein once again expressed support for President Trump by "outperforming expectations in a big way."

He has a deeply personal stake in this because of his son, but he's also fighting for the rest of us.

I am gaining a new respect for Kimmel. He has an edge that I never perceived before. Of course, the situation he is in with his son's health on the line might bring that out in anyone, especially when swamp creatures like Cassidy and Kilmeade try to use it to score political points.

If he didn't have a child, especially one in need of extensive medical care, we might not have seen this side of him.

And, much to his credit, his epiphany came at the realization that his child received the medical attention that was needed, and if Mitch gets his votes, that will go away.

Concern over one's self and loved ones is expected. Concern over people who may be in the same situation, most likely worse, and who will be robbed of any means to save themselves or their family, is a whole other realm of enlightenment.

As he has said, "This isn't my specialty...my specialty is eating pizza." But this abhorrent situation crossed his path, and he stepped up. That;s my take-away from this.

I hope that, one day, he becomes ready. I completely understand his reluctance to throw his hat into the presidential ring right now, but if you follow his Facebook and Twitter feeds, this man works, He;s heavily involved with his constituents and his community. He's doing the job he was elected to do and more. And yes, his understanding of the political system, at minimum, meets (and in many cases exceeds) anyone sitting in the White House or Senate right now.

than Trump's, it cannot be measured. He is 66 and I love what he is doing now in the Senate, but damn I would vote for him in a nanosecond.
