To be a non-communist, you must convince yourself that each individual business owner built (with his or her own hands, apparently) all of the reads, bridges and other public infrastructure that business owner uses in the course of doing business.

(4,835 posts)...say, the interstate highway system. In the 1980's Reagan introduced a 'user tax' for maintenance on the interstate system.
If you take the benefit to Fed-Ex, UPS, Wal-mart; any company that drives big trucks on the road. Then compare that to the benefits that small businesses and individuals receive; we are financially supporting them.
Cars and pickups (even fully loaded) do nowhere near the damage (and therefore require less maintenance) than fully loaded sem-tractor trailers fully loaded with Chinese manufactured goods.
We're paying their way and they've used this, and a shitload of other, government programs to drive out the local small businessperson.
