Dominica is such a beautiful place. It's sad to think what people there are going through right now.

...After Barbuda, emergency damage assessment.

My heart is bleeding, I love these people.

Dominica was hit hard, but two years it was tropical storm Erika that did a ton of damage, I was on one of the assessment teams too. So Dominica has had some real double whammies.

This is so heartbreaking for the people there. I saw some film footage this morning on CNN on what I think was Roseau. It's unbelievably beautiful.

we are eventually going have to consider permanent evacuation of many of these islands.

the problem is that Georgetown will sink like New Orleans but folks will have to develop the virtually empty inside of Guyana.
Most folks are on the coast.
