2. This has been bugging me...

I've been hearing vulture capitalist when Bain was no such thing. The businesses they bought were healthy. Bain killed those businesses by piling on debt and stripping assets and cash, discarding the dry hulk in a cloud of bankruptcy hearings. That is not the behavior of a vulture who finds carrion to feed on, not the healthy.

It's an old game and you give the right name.
