Thanks to the immediate desaster relief management by the president of the united states, the cholera broke out for the first time in more than 100 years. Puerto Rico is not a third world country, it is US Soil. America First at its glance.

The way America stays to treaties these days and one part of the reason why it is loosing global influence and impact. You might fight fire with with fire in some cases. But fighting the global chaos with chaos as it is the result by vandalizing the neccessary reliability is not working, has never been as we learnt since mankind crept out of the caves. If your plan is to light the planet up, killing reliability is the key.
