what's wrong with America?!?!?!!

And where do you find that he said he wouldn't vote for Obama? He is referenced as noting that Romney is the worser of evils.

Is this one of those backhand slaps to all of us progressives that note the same things about Obama that he does in the article?

2. The article says that.

"For Box, the 2012 election will be a choice between the lesser of two evils. Box made it clear, however, that he does not intend to cast his vote in November for President Obama."

Are you implying that you agree with Box and that you too will not be voting for President Obama? That doesn't bode well if you're calling yourself a progressive. Sounds more like a DINO if you ask me. But you made the comparison, not I.

3. No, what I'm saying is that his reasoning is about the same as many of us progressives.

And no offense, but DINOs are having no problem supporting Obama. Or should I say BlueDogs. DINOs I guess can be on either end of the Dem spectrum, though I believe my values are traditional Democratic, so I don't see me as being the DINO, nor the man in the article. Nor does it make him the problem with America. That's just bs, the problem is that most pols seem bought and paid for on both sides, that's the problem.

My lesser of evils is Obama, his may not be. Perhaps the lesser of evils for him is to not vote. Many lifelong Dems wouldn't ever consider a Repub as a choice. I also flirt with the idea of just not voting, but on local and state and Reps and Sens still matter.

Who knows, but you really don't see how Obama is going after Romney while trying to pass the TPP nearly in secret? They're both going to outsource, so for this issue, there's little difference. Many of us aren't being blinded by the hype of the ads, sure Romney caused outsourcing, so has Obama with 3 (or is it 4) trade agreements already, and one more really big one on it's way. None seeming to be geared to raise their workforces up their standards and quality of life, but instead will undercut our workforce's.

Lesser of evils. On this issue, the line is very fine.

I just don't understand your response to my post. My point is that too many voters support the very people who do them the greatest harm. It's beyond me that these people can't see the handwriting on the wall.

My President isn't perfect but he's an amazing man who has done some amazing things to help this country. How one could even consider not voting for him is simply beyond my comprehension particularly when the alternative could be so devastating to America.

I hope your life improves sufficiently so that you can help us carry the torch forward toward progressiveness, slow as the race may be.

Have a blessed day.
