CNN reports he actually said. this...about Puerto Rico visit.

If he is talking about Presidents who visited Puerto Rico, the fact is that both Roosevelts, and Hoover, and Kennedy, and Obama
all visited Puerto Rico while President.
Obamas even stayed there overnight.
If he is talking about those who went to hurricane devastated areas/states, he, a sitting pResident, has forgotten Texas and Fla. already???
