Fox News just scored a huge interview. Sean Hannity landed what will be the first televised conversation with George Zimmerman, the former neighborhood-watch volunteer charged in the murder of Florida teen Trayvon Martin. It will air Wednesday at 9 p.m. on the hosts program, Hannity. "Zimmerman will open up about what happened the night of Trayvon Martin's death and his experience in the aftermath of the fatal shooting," a network statement said. In April, Hannity conducted an off-the-record phone interview with Zimmerman, and reports recently surfacedand were debunked by Fox Newsthat Hannity offered to pay for Zimmermans legal expenses. Zimmerman is currently out of jail on $1 million bond awaiting trial for second-degree murder.
This is sure to be groundbreaking journalism

(2,307 posts)Hannity: George it is obvious to all of America your were just defending yourself, your were being attacked by a drug addict and are lucky to be alive. You did what every red blooded American would do and protect yourself. So George do feel it is the fact that President Obama is black that you are being railroaded by the liberal courts, just because your attacker was also black?
Hannity couldn't ask a unbiased question to save his life.

(2,132 posts)I am already so angry about it that seeing his swarmy face jabbering away on TV would probably result in a broken television.

(2,132 posts)Means that they are paying for GZ's legal expenses in order to score an interview with him.
"Zimmerman will open up about what happened...and his experience in the aftermath of the fatal shooting." In other words, GZ is getting more exposure to tell how traumatized he was/is by this whole thing. Poor baby.

Oh well. I hope Zimmerman only digs himself a deeper hole.
