Actually CBS Poll is better for Obama than their previous poll in May where Mitt led by 3

I know it was a bit of a downer today with the CBS poll numbers showing Mittens leading 47-46, but in May, in their previous poll Mittens actually led by three-points, 46-43. So this means that Obama gained three points in two months while Mittens gained only one.

We shouldn't compare polls to other polls. We should compare them to their previous results. In this case it shows movement towards President Obama.

Yeah, I know you said 'we shouldn't compare polls to other polls' - but seeing a FoxNews polls having Obama up FOUR POINTS over Romney puts a smile on my face

2. I mean comparing results from one poll with another. The CBS poll should ONLY be compared with

their previous poll which showed Obama down by 3 instead of 1. Actually Fox polls have been much better for Obama than CBS this year--Fox is fairly comparable to their previous poll which had Obama up by 5.
