Since the indictment is sealed, nobody outside the court or DOJ is even supposed to know it exists. Revealing its existence is a serious violation, and Mueller has been running a tight ship. There is an exception - they can ask the defendant to come in to be arrested first and save him the perp walk. So who would be a source that knows of the indictment, but doesn't know what's in it and can legally reveal it's existence? The defendants lawyer or the defendant himself are the only ones.
