Everyone is wondering WHO; I am also wondering WHAT.

What crime(s) will be charged?

Not being a lawyer, I'm not really clear on what potential crimes could be charged, but I really want it to be something SERIOUS -- not just a parking ticket, if you get my drift.

Is there any light anybody has or can shed on what the indictment might contain? Much obliged.

2. If it's an indictment from a federal grand jury you can be sure it's serious.

Beyond that it's anybody's guess right now. If we don't know who, it's hard to figure out what.

4. yeah, there are so many different threads of these investigations, so many directions, so

many potential crimes, the who and the what may tell a lot about the strategy. Is it just that one area is "wrapped up" enough to go ahead with charges, which may be something incidentally picked up on along the way unrelated to Russian collusion or involving the "higher ups", or is it a strategic attempt to earn cooperation for a much larger focus and against many others?

5. Take your pick. Here are some of the possible charges.

Lying to a grand jury
Lying to the congress
Lying to the FBI
Lying on documents listing foreign contacts
Money laundering
Setting up a meeting to receive information from a foreign agent
Tax evasion
Being party to a conspiracy to undermine our government
Planning to kidnap a foreign national who is here for asylum from his government (ala Flynn)

Feel free to add.

8. No idea, but I'd like to see Money Laundering in there somewhere.

That's the one I think would make cold beads of sweat break out on You-Know-Who's forehead.

9. Just because it's been in the news a lot lately, I am guessing money laundering

Also possibly bribery, as it appears a lot of money changed hands during the period when Russia was trying to interfere in the election.
