At least in the US, we have labor shortages in certain fields because of the lack of people trained in those fields.

If this schmuck thinks not producing workers is an economic problem, he should consider trying to raise just one to economic usefulness on today's worker incomes.

That's a huge economic problem without even trying to replace two workers or contribute a third.
