Normally the arrests occur soon after the indictments are handed down. But if a prosecutor has good reason not to, the court will allow it.

I read on another thread that the court had filed 60 sealed indictments year to date as of last week. This would be more than a 25% INCREASE IN A SINGLE DAY. That smells like Mueller to me....
