It's nearly impossible to get your child help once they reach the age of 18. You have to be able to prove incompetence in court or prove they are homocidal/suicidal.

I have alot of pity for the parents. I can't imagine how you live with the knowledge that your child is a mass murderer.

in his apartment, then they have a responsibility to notify authorities.
