I taught at Aurora High School and thought at first

It was a Gang Banger until I found out the location of the theater.
My school was a tough intercity school with a cultural diverse population of hispanics, blacks and whites. The area of that theater is accessible to most of denver because its right off the freeway and is state of the art for premiere viewing of films.

I was teaching at that school when Columbine went down and our school went into lock down. Oddly enough Columbine was a mile from a residential center for teenagers with severe to moderate behavioral problems. that I taught at right before I joined that school. Many of our 'kids' went to Columbine on an out patient process and I feared my former students was responsible

I'm blown away by this ........ even though I no longer live there.
