Sessions going back to Senate?

Let's hope not, but hopefully Mueller will have Sessions indicted along with others?

1. I was wondering why they hadn't publicly talked about that yet.

It won't work, but still

3. "Going back"... umm.. how?

He'd have to be elected again.

It's not as if they keep the seat warm for you if you resign.

They were talking about this earlier today.

9. So if you see your Senate guy losing just appoint someone as temporary Senator and ask

folks to vote for the new guy? If that is not illegal what a fucked up democracy that is!

Not happening.

4. Apparently the WH suggested

That the Gov of Alabama not seat Moore, if he were elected, and instead appoint J.B. sessions. Wonder what could have motived the White House to make that suggestion??

11. They want to give Repukes motivation to vote for Moore even if they don't want to.

Make them believe another puke will hold the seat even if the perv wins.

7. That would require some fancy footwork...

Would either have to get Sessions on the ballot (which would be against current laws) or have the slimey Moore win, then not be seated, leaving the Governor the ability to appoint Sessions, after he resigned as AG.

8. trust me, they will not vote for a democrat. they would sooner vote for a dead republican.

in this case, with assurances that the senate will not seat moore, they that would give the trumpies the green light to vote for moore, have him not be seated by the senate, then allow the governor to appoint another republican, be it sessions or someone else.

10. A Sessions v. Moore public dustup would be the final stake in the Republican dark heart.

12. But we don't need Sessions going back to senate because then don't we get

a new attorney general? Who can fire Mueller.
