Something about business that we all ought to remember...

Even during the hey days of mergers and consolidation, a business adopts a culture, if you will, that permeates from the top to the bottom. This is especially true if the smaller firm was overseen by one person for most if not all that time it has been viable.

Even if Romney "excused" himself from running Bain, the culture he left behind remianed in tact.

I can't see the board, that he picked, to suddenly veer away straight toward venture capitalism with in a couple of months.

That's just crap.

And in this case the culture was, and is, 'To rape and pillage is a good life!'

"Romney loves America like a tick loves a dog."

The person who started the business is the one who sets the tone. I've seen this time and again, from little markets to big ones like Bain. It doesn't go away...

No matter how much he tries to show he removed himself from the decision-making process, he OWNED Bain. Which means he called the shots, and delegated power to people who called the shots for him, and if he doesn't like the decisions made by those he delegated power to, he replaced them.

The buck stops with Rmoney.
