any groping and look perfectly innocent. In all three photos women are smiling and there is no hint of anything being wrong. You can't see where his hands are in two of the photos, but in one where he allegedly just groped the breast his hand isn't near an actual breast.

Don’t you know that, according to the victim, Al Franken put his around her waist when the photo was taken? Every time a victim looks at that picture, all the memories of asking a famous person to pose for a picture and then having that person put their hand on the waist in an admittedly nonsexual manner come flooding back.

Posing with people at fairs and conventions. Nothing would stop anyone 6 years from now to claim “ oh yeah, he touched my butt”. How would you disprove it (you can’t). He is in an impossible position, to prove a negative.
