OMG, You'll want to puke: Megyn Kelly Is Now the Highest-Paid NBC News Anchor

Megyn Kelly is now not only one of the highest-paid female TV anchors, she also reportedly makes more than any on-air talent at NBC following the termination of her colleague, longtime Today Show co-host Matt Lauer.

The network announced Wednesday morning that Lauer had been terminated from NBC News after more than two decades as co-host of the Today Show following accusations of sexual misconduct. NBC News chairman Andy Lack said that a complaint had been filed against Lauer on Monday night. “While it is the first complaint about his behavior in the over twenty years he’s been at NBC News, we were also presented with reason to believe this may not have been an isolated incident,” Lack said in a statement.

4. Well, That Was Stupid of NBC!

Apparently they thought Fox News viewers would follow her. That was mistake #1. They don't care what face tells them what to think and what to do. Not one bit. They watch Fox News because it reinforces their anger and bile.

Megyn Kelly doesn't appeal to typical NBC News viewers, either. They know who she is, and they don't care to listen to her.

NBC made a poor decision. Bad cess to the network.

It's sort of like the market for NFL quarterbacks - the market price keeps going up., therefore, whoever the last big-name QB to ink a deal is the highest-paid quarterback in the league.

Don't worry, the next "big name" signed by NBC will be the new highest-paid anchor.
