Suit claims man faked identity, bilked family out of millions over former BamaJam property

A multimillion dollar lawsuit was personally delivered to an Enterprise residence last September. The plaintiffs in the case, a well-known Enterprise family, had the lawsuit delivered to the address and served upon Declan Quinn and Daryl G. Boehlke.

Quinn and Boehlke, however, are not roommates or business partners. They’re not even different people, according to the plaintiffs

They are believed to be the same person and the impetus for the lawsuit in which the plaintiffs claim Boehlke developed a false identity and defrauded the plaintiffs out of millions of dollars tied to one of the most controversial pieces of land in Coffee County.

The genesis of the lawsuit can be traced back to the demise of the BamaJam property tied to developer Ronnie Gilley. The 1,500-acre parcel of land between Enterprise and New Brockton once held a series of annual music festivals that brought megastars to the Wiregrass. Taylor Swift, Kenny Chesney, Kid Rock, Brooks and Dunn, ZZ Top, and Hank Williams Jr. were just a few of the stars that graced the stages there, bringing thousands of music fans from across the country to the multi-day event.
