AMERICAN CITIZENS LIVING ABROAD: VOTE IN THE 2016 GLOBAL PRESIDENTIAL PRIMARY
From January 11 to March 8 -- voting by postal mail, by fax, by email and in person -- Democrats living all over the world will participate in the Presidential Nominating Process of the Democratic Party, together with our fellow citizens living in the United States. Only the Democratic Party gives this opportunity to its members living overseas. Through our Global Presidential Primary, we will help choose the 2016 Democratic Nominee for President of the United States.

The best way to participate in the Global Presidential Primary is by voting in-person at one of 121 official Voting Centers in more than 40 countries, during the week of March 1 to March 8. The document below lists the locations worldwide which will host Voting Centers and the dates and times when those voting sites will be open for eligible voters to cast ballots in-person.

If you are unable to vote in person, then you are very welcome to download a ballot from this page and return it by postal mail, by fax, or by an attachment to an email.

Attention: You may send only one ballot per email message and it is your responsibility to check that the attachment is legible. If your household shares a single email address, you must send each ballot in a separate email message.

Before downloading your ballot, please make sure that you are a member of Democrats Abroad, a requirement for eligibility to vote in the Global Presidential Primary. Clarification, this is ONLY for president. All other offices you will need to obtain a ballot from your country clerk to vote in the primary and general election.

Voting for Bernie in the Democrats Abroad primary, or in the Arkansas (Super Tuesday) primary?

I think Sanders will win Oregon. Not sure what will happen with Arkansas.

6. Arkansas is probably a lost cause for Bernie

Hillary was the state's first lady for 12 years, and she'll get tons of votes just for that.

3. No offices in Korea

Our chapter ran pretty strong in 2008, but hasn't been as active since then.

7. I should have voted in the AA primary

The voting was on a day that I would be passing through a train station about a mile from the polling place. And if I had voted, my vote would have made it 90% support for Bernie in Japan. As it was, my vote was of no consequence in the Arkansas primary. Oh, well...
