March 14 School/gun safety National Walkout #ENOUGH

The Women's group is supporting the Nationwide Walkout in support of gun control. The event announced on Fri has tripled in size. Parents, educators, students and community members are demanding laws and action from our govt. On March 14th from10:00-10-15 AM we are gathering at school sites, district headquarters, city centers, etc to support the student in FL who are trying to accomplish what adults have not...meaningful gun control and enforced laws. #ENOUGH
March 24 students in FL are walking out of their schools across the state.
If you want to see where an event is planned near you and to get more info, or start an event check this link.

Parents have the right to send their kids to school in the mornings and see them home alive at the end of the day.

We are not safe at school. We are not safe in our cities and towns. Congress must take meaningful action to keep us safe and pass federal gun reform legislation that address the public health crisis of gun violence. We want Congress to pay attention and take note: many of us will vote this November and many others will join in 2020.

The Nationwide Walkout is on March 14th. The Women's March and Facebooks links make that clear. I wrote that there ia also one on March 24 in FL for the schools in that state, there are two walkouts planned.!

so called adults haven't been able to do so far. They are smart, passionate and energized by their anger and more power to them!!!! #ENOUGH This former teacher does not want to see anyone forced to have "routine" active shooter drills for first graders like I did.

I have tried for months to post images with this android touchscreen tablet and it is a lesson in futility!

I don't do tech stuff well and have no one to show me how to do it so it is trial and error. I wish I could post more of my info, especially for visual effect like the EMPOWER or #ENOUGH images.

Can you post the March For Our Lives image too? If you go to this link and scroll down there are good signs and artwork ideas. One is of the FL teenager Emma who spoke so eloquently after the shooting.

Some other sites get tricky too, because when we post their images here, it uses bandwidth from their Web site. Google is cooperating on this front too, to prevent people like you and me from doing this.

But I'd be happy to. In this case, Google Images doesn't have all their screws down so tight yet. Click the resulting image from the Google Images page once to bring up its full size image, right-mouse click it, copy link location and paste it here, like so. The URL should end in .jpg/.png/.gif ect. All the other crap after the file extension is junk and should be pruned.

With my touchscreen I can't do right/left clicks. Well, maybe I can but haven't figured it out yet.
