January is the time to join your local Democratic Club.

That's where activism begins.

I've been posting this message here and there on DU tonight -- just to remind everyone. 2012 is an election year, and we Democrats need to get organized.

Your local Democratic Club is where the action will be this year.

You can't change your party if you don't participate.

I keep telling people around me that if they want a liberal/progressive/left President then give him a liberal/progressive/left Congress. It would work as well for the left as it does for the right. I know some of us have a real upward climb but it only makes me work harder in my deep red area.
