Bush Supporter Falls Asleep on Stage During His Speech (VIDEO)This discussion thread was locked as off-topic by TexasTowelie (a host of the Latest Breaking News forum). For a lot of people they would be nervous being in the spotlight and sitting right next to a candidate while they give a speech but apparently Jeb Bush was so boring the jitters didn’t keep one woman awake. I have to admit, even the short video of Bush’s speech made me tired. He was very low energy and it reminded me of sitting in class listening to a boring professor. Someone give him a Espresso! ... During the 108-second video you can see her sitting behind Bush wearing a Boston Red Sox cap. She keeps yawning and closing her eyes as he discussed health care insurance during a town hall at Foss Manufacturing in Hampton, New Hampshire. 3. The watch check and the YAAAAWN are hilarious
Having been in a campaign add I can tell you that she was there for a reason. Campaigns stage the back ground carefully. She's probably a volunteer or someone known by the campaign.
BTW - I filled the role of "middle aged white guy" in the ad and that was 10 years ago. |

7. No one in that crowd looks very energized.
Looks like three guys around yawning lady with their arms folded and the lady to his right looks like she is wondering how much longer this is going to go on and how she messed up by not being in the back somewhere so she could slip out unnoticed.

9. Were they all stopped on their way to something? Jeez, most all of them looked like it
is 4:45 and they need to catch a 4:50 bus.
Except for the campaign worker who is probably into about hour 29 right now, and her payoff for all her hard work is to have to fake looking like just another attendee, and listen to this lifeless figure of a gasbag orate for another 30 minutes - which would be 4 hours in bush's dog's years. Which is probably how she is counting after the 14th time of having to listen to it. |

13. Everyone in the b.g. looks bored out of their minds.
I wonder where Jeb's campaign found these people. They could have selected anyone to sit behind the candidate. Instead they have four guys with beards and a few women who all look like they can't wait to get out of there when they wake up.

14. I'd like to throw some partisan sarcasm in here, but...
...frankly, I fall asleep at meetings, at movies, while working at my desk, while watching TV. It's ridiculous. In today's busy world, few people can stay awake when they sit still for awhile.

did his campaign lackeys just take over a food court in a mall because there were crowds there for big sales? Nobody looks like they want to be there while he blabs blabs blabs.
