Three More Women (Including An Ex-Mrs. America) Accuse Bill Cosby Of Abuse

Three more women came forward during a Wednesday press conference with attorney Gloria Allred in Los Angeles to add their stories of sexual abuse to the mounting claims against comedian Bill Cosby.
The Los Angeles Times reported on Wednesday the women were a former Mrs. America, a cocktail server at a jazz club Cosby regularly attended, and a woman who wanted his help in securing a Playboy magazine appearance.
More than 40 women have made accusations against Cosby, whose attorneys have maintained his innocence.
"Although it is too late for these three new accusers to take any legal action against Mr. Cosby because of the statute of limitations, these three courageous women want Mr. Cosby to be accountable for what they say was his misconduct towards them," Allred said during the press conference, according to the Times.

Bill Cosby accused by three more women of sexual misconduct
Three more women are accusing Bill Cosby of sexual misconduct, a week before the 78-year-old comedian is scheduled to give a deposition in a lawsuit brought by one of his alleged victims.
Pamela Abeyta, Lisa Christie and Sharon Van Ert held a news conference Wednesday in Los Angeles with attorney Gloria Allred, according to NBC.
All three said Cosby gave them alcohol and Quaaludes, a familiar accusation among the dozens -- honestly, I can't keep up -- of women accusing Cosby of sexual misconduct, going back to the 1960s. Cosby has said the sex was consensual, which must make his wife feel so much better.
Cosby is slated to give a deposition Oct. 9 for a lawsuit brought by a woman who says Cosby raped her at the Playboy Mansion when she was 15. Cosby has asked a judge to order his testimony remain private, which Allred said she's opposing.
