Jeb Bush to Focus on Daughter’s Struggles With Drugs

Jeb Bush to Focus on Daughter’s Struggles With Drugs
10:10 am ET
By Ashley Parker

DERRY, N.H. — Jeb Bush, who promised to run for president by showing voters his heart, is making an especially personal appeal in New Hampshire on Tuesday, where he plans to discuss his daughter’s struggles with addiction.

Speaking at a forum on addiction and the heroin epidemic at Southern New Hampshire University in the afternoon, Mr. Bush will not only unveil his drug control strategy but also talk about how his family has intimately experienced the ravages of addiction.

In a post on Medium previewing his speech, Mr. Bush wrote in deeply personal terms about his daughter Noelle, who in 2002 was found with crack cocaine while at a rehabilitation center in Florida. She had been arrested earlier that year when she tried to use a fraudulent prescription to buy anti-anxiety pills.

“As a father, I have felt the heartbreak of drug abuse,” Mr. Bush wrote. “My daughter Noelle suffered from addiction, and like many parents facing similar situations, her mom and I struggled to help.”

This family has a large network of support both personally and financially. Still they have children who deal with drug issues.

Think about the level of accountability they expected from someone like 12 year old Tamir Rice or some addict who is on welfare/food stamps that is just struggling to survive with no support.

I commented to my husband that if Bill is fair game, then so is Jeb's wife, Columbia Bush. If Bill Clinton's misdeeds can be held against Hillary then Columbia's effort to smuggle stuff through US Customs and her extravagant shopping trips can be held against Jeb.

And if Jeb is going to attempt to appear sympathetic by trotting out his daughter's drug addictions the Noelle is fair game, too, in my opinion.

Noelle was let off with a suspended sentence for her prescription forgeries when she agreed to go to a drug treatment facility. Not only did she skip out more than once, she smuggled drugs INTO the hospital. Instead of locking her up the first time she violated her court agreement by sneaking out of the rehab hospital or even when they caught her with drugs inside the hospital, they gave her chance after chance after chance. She never spent one fucking day in jail - which is where she deserved to be after she blew off all the chances she was given because of her family's money and political influence.

Noelle is another case of affluenza and probably still taking advantage of every chance she gets without suffering the consequences of her poor choices.

Bush's wife attempted to smuggle $20,000 worth of jewelry and clothes into Florida after a Paris shopping trip when Jeb was gov.! She was busted! Heard Jebbie was mad- I'm sure- because she got caught! Guess Jebbie had told her Bush family members don't have to follow the rules like the rest of us peasants.

She got to go to 'drug' court, outside of her jurisdiction cuz he closed many of them.
Then she got caught stealing drugs out of the cabinet in rehab!
Then she got caught with crack rocks in her shoes!

Her mom came back to the country from paris and lied about what she brought back. 20K worth of shit! She was first lady at the time. No way are they fit to be first family of the U.S.
