Sarah Palin endorses Donald Trump

Read more: Link to source

There is no printed story yet, but the trib Head's Up service just pinged that Sarah has endorsed Teh Donald.
More when the news is more widespread.

heh.

hahaha.

HOHOHOHOHOHOHOHOHOH!

On edit, MSNBC is now reporting it. Apparently, Sarah and Teh Donald have been secretly communicating for some time. According to Nicolle Wallace (McCain's and Palin's campaign manager) this will excite voters and have a big impact on Iowa.

Maybe she does actually believe Trump when he said he'd put her in his cabinet. Probably his trophy cabinet. Her head next to the moose.

Former Republican vice presidential candidate Sarah Palin on Tuesday backed billionaire businessman Donald Trump for the party's nomination in the 2016 race for president, the New York Times reported, citing officials with his campaign.

"I'm proud to endorse Donald J. Trump for president," Palin said in a statement provided by Trump's campaign, according to the Times.

Reactions are coming from all angles. Nobody's questioning the fact that somebody got paid, but there's no consensus on who that "somebody" is or who wrote the check.

On the Fox Facebook page, there are a LOT of "WTFs" in the comments.

He didn't have to be president with a crazy Tea Bagger group chewing on his heels.
He didn't have to worry about some Sarah nut killing him to give her the presidency.
He didn't have to deal with her in the Oval Office.

All in all, I think he is happy with the result. Or, at least relieved.
