Autopsy for David Joseph shows no PCP in system (Officer Involved Shooting)
Source: KXAN TV
AUSTIN (KXAN) The autopsy of a teen shot and killed by an Austin Police Officer shows he did not have any PCP in his system at the time of his death.
The autopsy was released Friday after his family had been given the results. According to a statement from the Joseph family, Toxicology results only showed an antihistamine, marijuana, and Xanax in Davids system.
The autopsy also clearly shows there was some distance between Officer Freeman and David when the shots were fired, because there was no gunshot residue found on Davids body. The evidence from the medical examiner shows there was no up-close struggle where Officer Freeman had to pull his gun, said Attorney Jeff Edwards.

Shooting that happened in my city. The teen was running around the neighborhood naked. The officer claimed he was attacked by the teen, and was forced to shoot him.
