Why weren't the parents/guardians of the kids that were abused, sexually assaulted, beaten unconscious etc NOT notified for years and years?

Why was there a total failure of OVERSIGHT despite many reports by staff, contractors, prisoners, advocates, other professionals etc for years?

It will take decades, perhaps centuries, to undo the damage Wanker and his goons are doing to Wisconsin.

I wonder if they make the minimum wage, so that when they do get out they have some money saved up to help them not to get back into the system? How many furniture makers are there in this country now, since most have been outsourced.

And as for shredding documents--------------they should go to prison and learn a new trade------------making furniture, more

Copper Lake youth facilities indicate (btw, some of these investigations "officially" began in 2014 years after the "alleged" crimes) a trusting citizen would reasonably think so. I'm one of those citizens that distrusts the corrupted dysfunctional "legal" system and thinks there should be real accountability and a movement towards justice-which is currently unavailable.

Wall was the head of the Department of Corrections-and WALKER has totally put democracy and our RIGHTS out of commission here for the present by following the commands of his handlers-those that gave him the franchise to announce to the world "WISCONSIN IS OPEN FOR BUSINESS!".

A Kissinger protégé, L.Paul Bremer, once announced "change" for a different piece of property using identical words (Iraq is open for business!)-what a "coincidence".

Major change is required here there is a majority agreement on that simple fact billhicks76.

It must have been useful in Rich Zipperer's relationship with Wall.

Prison chief wanted Walker's help to get old job back

MADISON, Wis. (AP) -- Wisconsin's former prisons secretary asked Gov. Scott Walker's top aide to pressure the Department of Justice into giving him his old job back after he was demoted.
Ed Wall resigned as Corrections secretary on Feb. 5 amid an investigation into abuse at the state's youth prison.

As per state law, he got his old job as administrator of DOJ's criminal investigations section back on Feb. 15. DOJ officials placed him on leave pending the prison investigation's outcome.

Documents The Associated Press obtained through an open records request show DOJ officials demoted Wall March 1 to deputy secretary of the Law Enforcement Services Division.

Wall sent a letter to Walker's chief of staff, Rich Zipperer, asking him to quote "fix this mess." Zipperer told him to deal with DOJ.
