Top Black Staffers Leave The Republican National Committee
Source: Huffington Post
The Republican National Committee is losing the person who leads the GOPs outreach to black communities, as first reported by NBC News and confirmed by The Huffington Post.
Kristal Quarker-Hartsfield, the national director of African-American Initiatives at the RNC, is leaving the organization to work for Maryland Gov. Larry Hogan (R) as his director of intergovernmental affairs. Her last day is set to be Friday, and she is the second black top staffer to depart the RNC this month.
Quarker-Hartsfield joins several other staffers of color who have departed the RNC recently. Orlando Watson, communications director for black media, left earlier this month. Tara Wall and Raffi Williams, son of Fox News political analyst Juan Williams, both left their press positions at the RNC late last year.

Maybe just a few are moving around to reach out to more Republicans.
I think the point of the article is that if Trump gets elected they may find working there is a problem.

I have to wonder how many blacks actually work for the RNC.

Less than a year after the North Carolina Republican Party's first black chairman was elected over an establishment candidate, a powerful committee has reprimanded him and restricted his duties, accusing him of overstepping his authority.
The state GOP's Central Committee censured Hasan Harnett on Sunday with a "no confidence" resolution partly due to his actions on the party's upcoming convention and its computer system.
"I certainly think that he has not demonstrated the leadership capacity that is needed to be the chairman of the Republican Party," said state Rep. David Lewis, a Republican National Committee member and Central Committee member. He called Harnett's actions the result of either" intentional malfeasance or just ineptitude."
"They're out to destroy Harnett, and they've been doing that since day one," Rufty said Monday. The state GOP also said the committee had censured Rufty on Sunday "for false and malicious statements about other Republicans."
