Ex-Clinton staffer files sealed documents on immunity issue
Source: AP
WASHINGTON (AP) -- The ex-staffer who set up Hillary Clinton's home email server has filed documents under seal in response to a judge's directive that he reveal his immunity arrangement with the Justice Department.
Bryan Pagliano submitted a motion in federal court on Tuesday to file a document under seal. The motion was hidden from public view, and two exhibits were also sealed.
His lawyer, Mark MacDougall, did not immediately return a phone message seeking comment.
Pagliano last week said he would not testify in an upcoming deposition sought by conservative legal advocacy group Judicial Watch, which has sued for information about Clinton's email server.
In response, U.S. District Judge Emmet Sullivan gave Pagliano until Tuesday evening to file with the court a copy of his immunity agreement.

(5,902 posts)We as Democrats are making a huge mistake in hitching our wagon to this tragically flawed candidate.
"I don't belong to any organized political party," Will Rogers famously quipped. "I'm a Democrat."
