Scott Walker hesitates on backing Donald Trump
Source: CBS News
Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker joins the recent host of prominent Republican politicians calling on Donald Trump, the party's presumptive nominee, to retract his attacks on a Hispanic federal judge.
In a Tuesday interview with Madison, Wisconsin's ABC News affiliate, Walker said he would withhold an endorsement until after the Republican convention in Cleveland this summer.
"He's not yet the nominee," the governor said. "Officially that won't happen until the middle of July, and so for me that's kind of the time frame."
Walker pointed to the recent controversy surrounding Trump's comments against U.S. District Court Judge Gonzalo Curiel, who is overseeing the lawsuits against Trump University in San Diego.

(3,051 posts)There is a very active movement to stop Trump at the nomination.
I have been told their will be a revolt by the delegates, who are free to vote their conscience. (This is true for us, as well.)
60% of Republicans voted for someone besides Trump; it would blow the heads off the Trumplickers at Fauxnews.
