Donald Trump gripes about hotel hot air, says he might not pay bill

Last edited Tue Jul 26, 2016, 03:51 PM - Edit history (1)

Source: CNBC

Donald Trump is complaining about hot air at a Virginia hotel, and the hotel is pushing back.

Onstage, Trump, owner of luxury hotels, interrupted his remarks about free trade to berate the hotel about its air conditioning system.

"I don't know what hotel this is, but you ought to try turning on the air conditioning or we're not going to get you paid," Trump said.

Hotel officials told WDBJ in Roanoke that the air conditioning system "was on and working properly throughout the event." The hotel said temperatures in the 90s did pose "a challenge" while doors were open for two hours to let hundreds of people enter the ballroom. It says staff did everything possible to keep guests comfortable.

Trump's two favorite ways of responding to anything that isn't going his was is to refuse to pay his bills, and to attempt to ruin someone's career and reputation. He really doesn't have any other coping tools.

He was standing under TV lights, on one of the hottest days of the year, in a hotel building that is something like 80 years old. As usual, Trump's expectations were unreasonable, and everything is always somebody else's fault.

This remark says everything about this individual---------------and the democrats had better quickly learn to say this and more

There really needs to be a billboards put up saying that this guy "stiffs' people on contracts that he signs, just ask the mom and pop paint shop in Florida about the $330000 plus attorney fees old Donnie had to pay for stiffing the owner.

involvement is our job, we do not need the DNC or the campaign.

My rant:

I gave to a man and I am giving to candidates on average $27.00 dollars to send a message, the revolution is not suppose to die, just because he got the silver, that is not his message----------------we are the gold members, the citizens of this country, we have the power, that is the message.

We protested during the Vietnam war and every night the message was getting out to get out, we cannot let the MSM run this like they are doing today, they have sold there principles for ratings and commercial money.

Why may you ask, how many times was the reporting of this deadbeat and what he did in Florida to a Mom and Pop Paint shop,
( in New Jersey in Atlantic City, New York) that this dead beat had to pay over $330,000 in fees for not paying his bill, I saw it once in this domain, there was no mention after he got the nomination, no where.

That should be the opening every day, that this "guy" is not fit to run a country, let alone a business from the MSM, they, MSM keep moving on, look at what Leslie Stahl, when she had this guy on 60 minutes.

Those speeches last night, I did not see or hear ,because my tv got fried by a lightening bolt, and my computer got it also, and was fixed today, and also the tv ( sort of) of how many speeches yesterday and today were made saying this guy is a dead beat.

The first words in my opinion from Clinton's mouth should be, "My husband balanced the countries books, and there was a surplus, what has drumpfed balanced, nothing he stiffs owners in businesses, (and give examples, this no holds bar politics) and makes a profit off it, at the expense of others, because he doesn't honor his "CONTRACT", why is he in court.

We need Bill Boards--------------

End of rant

that's why I am thinking outside the proverbial box--------------I fully believe that this country needs public financing of it's elections, this election alone is going to cost over a billion dollars, a billion dollars that could feed 45 million children, give over 8 million people unemployment benefits, or give people a raise, to get back and forth to work, have high speed rail service, so many things that a billion could do, but this country is stuck in a cycle

I think he may be headed to bankruptcy. He is not showing his tax returns, because

#2 he has paid little or no tax
#3 all his claims of charitable contributions are very little or none
#4 all of the above

He is hoping his quest for Prez is going to bail him out, win or lose
So, it's his habit of not paying his bills to save money & go on to screw the next person.
Everyone should make him pay in advance, in cash.

Drumpf is a tightwad. He pinches pennies by stiffing his contractors and providers. Reminds me of another multi-millionaire (friend of the Donald's) who was (in)famous for never buying salt, pepper, ketchup and paper napkins. Instead he glommed them from fast food restaurants, pocketing large amounts of the prepackaged stuff they (used to) leave out for guests to use. Sounds like something the Donald would do.
