I read the quake was shallow 'side to side' type & those types don't make a large wave. Sunlei Nov 2016 #39

Now it's going back out.

Guaranteed it can wash back and forth at higher levels repetitively.

Some are free. Some you have to pay.

You have to buy the Roku, but that's a one-time purchase. There should be good sales prices for it this week.

However, if you want to use something like Netflix on it, you need to pay their monthly fee.

A tsunami warning is in effect for Japan's Fukushima Prefecture after a 7.3-magnitude earthquake struck off Honshu at 5:59 a.m. Tuesday (3:59 p.m. Monday ET), according to the Japan Meteorological Agency.

A tsunami wave of 1-3 meters (3-10 feet) is possible, according to the agency. The US Geological Survey put the magnitude at 6.9, striking 37 kilometers (23 miles) east-southeast of Namie off the country's east coast at a depth of 11.4 kilometers (7 miles).

Japan's public broadcaster NHK urged the public to evacuate.

"Please do not think that you are safe. Please evacuate to high grounds," the network said. "Even if you live inland please go and evacuate."

reported yet.

Camera is on a very open harbor; nothing very dramatic to be seen. Just water rushing out, then in, but no big difference in height noticeable.

Last time there were webcams on rivers and small harbors.
