Source: The Hill
Over half of voters disapprove of Donald Trumps performance so far as the president-elect, according to a new poll.
Fifty-one percent are unhappy with Trumps showing so far, according to a Quinnipiac University survey released Tuesday.
Thirty-seven percent approve of Trumps actions, while 12 percent do not know or have no opinion.
Fifty-five percent of people approve of President Obamas job performance, his highest score in seven years.
Thirty-nine percent disapprove, meanwhile, while 6 percent do not know or have no opinion.
Pollsters also found nearly half believe Trumps presidency will be a step down from Obamas.
Forty-five percent say Trump will be worse than Obama, while 34 percent say he will be better and 15 percent think he will be about the same. Six percent do not know or have no opinion on whether Trump will outperform his predecessor.

Trump's first negative poll. No doubt the first of many to come in the next 4 years.

(58,785 posts)really could have to devote 20 years of their lives caring for elderly relatives (who will require a room on the ground floor). No one's been asking for or foreseeing that, any more than they voted for the red-eyed demons who rode Trump into power.

Of course, they're going to be tossed bones to distract them for as long as possible. Bathroom bills, Planned Parenthood's defunding and The Wall© to name a few.

(7,299 posts)that climate change is real. These are people suffering from a high degree of psychological insecurity and inferiority. This is all about pride to them. These figures will remain relatively stable over the next 4 years. They knew the guy was an asshole when they voted for him. Some seem to miss that rather large elephant in the room.
