3. It's like there's a bull in a china shop...
...and the country is sitting around on the floor with little tubes of super glue trying to stick things together again, completely outpaced by the bull.

5. Does this mean we may lose our rights to talk on the
net with each other? Maybe not be allowed to have the net at all? Everything not pro Trump will be removed? What does this mean?

9. Fake news based on a deliberate misreading of the PDF (which may be fake too)
Secretary of Defense and Secretary Homeland Sec shall gather and review information from the Department of Education regarding computer science, mathematics and cyber security education from primary through higher education to understand the full scope U.S. efforts to educate and train the workforce of the future. The Secretary of Defense shall make recommendations as he sees fit to best position the U.S. educational system to maintain its competitive advantage in the future.

8. Fake news.
The actual PDF (if it is real) does NOT say that Defense will OVERSEE Education. It says it will consult with Education.
Sec. of Defense and Sec Homeland Sec will "gather and review" information from Education and make recommendations about increasing supply of cyber experts. |

12. Fake news based on a document that might be fake.
I'm sure that Obama made similar moves to strengthen US education in math and computer science, though it might not have involved the Secretary of Defense making recommendations officially. I'm sure Obama's Secretary of Defense did everything to encourage improved education in those areas when asked about the topic too. |

18. I don't see anything...
I don't see anything overly bad here. However, it foreshadows some seriously bad **** 60 days from now. I get the feeling this is just the set up. Everything trump does has been nasty so far...
The only thing that bothered me was the use of the word "cyberspace" ... whoever wrote this hasn't used the internet since the 90s. The only word that would have been worse is "matrix" ![]() Actually, that opening bothered me... something about the right of the u.s. to shape the internet ... but it said relative to other states... anyone got a good interpretation of that? |

21. I almost wish there would be some sort of anti-LGBT EO
Raise up the outrage even higher. I'm guessing if true, it will be something related to military service, or maybe making it a religious "right" to refuse service to gays. And if so, how incredibly stupid. LGBT rainbow coalition have been well-organized for 40 years, and they are very well funded. Trump WH is an incompetent clusterfu#k.
