WAUSAU, Wis. (WBAY) -- 45-year-old Nengmy Vang, the suspect of the March 23 shootings near Wausau, has died, according to the Wisconsin Department of Justice.

Authorities believe he shot and killed four people.

Vang had been treated for more than a week at a local hospital for what were believed to be nonfatal gunshot wounds that were a result of a shootout with an officer with the Marathon County Sheriff's Office tactical team and the Everest Metropolitan Police Department.

but folks should not die from non fatal wounds and i think it would be a good idea for the authorities
to look into and determine what happened.
