Trump (@realDonaldTrump) October 15, 2015 House Democrats on Monday offered a resolution in an attempt keep the issue of the release of Donald Trump‘s tax returns on the negotiating table in exchange for any tax reform bills in the House of Representatives. Democratic Rep. Hakeen Jeffries introduced the rather unique resolution, according to The Hill, because “it would direct the House to delay consideration of tax-reform legislation until after lawmakers review Trump’s tax returns and determine how the president could benefit from tax-code changes” As a member of the House Democratic leadership, Jeffries maintains the ability to tag measures as “privileged.” This entitles him to have his matters brought before the House for action within 48 hours, or two legislative days. 1. I applied for a job with the IRS, and had to disclose my taxes.
It's not like I could have refused since they already have them, but their point made sense:
"We can't expect you to counsel people on tax problems when you've got pending tax issues of your own." This should apply to the President. Lay down your long form before you screw with the tax code. |

2. Thank you Rep. Jeffies
Let the House members all go on record as either supporting traditional honesty and transparency, or instead voting in favor of a "special" republican "cover-up" exception for the illegitimate casino mogul Comrade who is currently under criminal investigation for treason against these United States.

3. I like this...
of course it won't pass since the repubs will vote in lockstep, but get the bastards on record. And then hammer them with it in 2018.
